Q: Are there any charges when getting a quote for a quick house sale?
A: No, there are no upfront fees; we will have a written quote normally within 24 hours of inspecting your property.
Q: Will I get as much for my house as I would through an estate agent?
A: Unfortunately not, we will generally offer between 80 – 90% of the open market value, this is to cover any duties that may be liable. Don’t forget that a sale through an agent could take month’s with an quick cash sale through kent property buyers it can take less than 10 days.
Q: What types of property will you buy?
A: We will consider all types of property and any state of repair.
Q: Do you only buy property in Kent?

A: On completion, unless you have arranged to sell and rent back. Completion dates can be arranged at anytime after exchange within reason.
Q: Will I need a solicitor?
A: You will need to have a solicitor to ensure the transaction is lawful, we can if you wish appoint one on your behalf.
Q: How much will the legal fees be and who pays them?
A: We pay all reasonable legal fee up to £500.00 which will normally cover the average home sale.
